About COI Tracker
An editorial resource about certificate of insurance tracking.
Updated November 6, 2026
COI Tracker publishes plain-language guidance for people who collect, check, renew, and report certificates of insurance. The site lives at coitracker.com. It is being rebuilt as static HTML after the previous application host was taken offline.
Who operates this site
COI Tracker is an editorial resource at coitracker.com. The only contact address is info@coitracker.com. There is no sales desk, demo form, or phone line on this site.
coitracker.co is a different website. It is not affiliated with coitracker.com. Company names mentioned in the software guide are the names of other businesses. A mention is not a partnership, a sponsorship, or an endorsement.
What we publish
- Definitions and operating checklists for COI tracking, reading a certificate, vendor certificates, and subcontractor certificates.
- A spreadsheet column spec. A downloadable workbook is not posted yet.
- A dated way to shortlist COI tracking software, plus fact sheets that cite public pages and leave the rest unknown.
- A pricing explainer about models and questions, not a rate card.
Pages are written for operators: property teams, construction teams, procurement, risk, and public-sector groups that onboard outside contractors. They are not written as insurance advice for someone buying a policy for their own business.
What we will not claim
- COI Tracker is not a software product you can buy, trial, or book a demo for on this website.
- We do not publish star ratings, hands-on test scores, or customer counts. A dollar figure appears only when a vendor’s own page showed it on the date we cite. We do not invent prices.
- We do not guarantee that a certificate means a claim will be paid, that a vendor is “compliant,” or that a contract requirement is satisfied. Your contract, your broker, and your counsel decide that.
- We do not copy another company’s interface, logo, or advertising claims into a fake review.
When a page describes another company’s advertising, it says so, and it dates the observation. Advertising is not a test result.
Corrections
If a name is wrong, a description is out of date, or a page implies a relationship that does not exist, email info@coitracker.com with the URL and the sentence. Vendor staff are welcome to correct facts about their own public materials. A correction is not a promise of a ranking, a profile rewrite, or a link placement. This edition of the site has no paid placements. If that ever changes, the page that is paid for will say so in the page itself.
What “rebuild in progress” means
The homepage keeps the commercial subject this domain is known for: certificate of insurance tracking. New URLs are added one useful page at a time. Addresses from the previous site stay unmatched until each one has a real destination. A field-by-field reading guide is published. The spreadsheet page describes columns and formulas; a downloadable workbook is not posted yet. A construction page is published. Other industry pages are not on the site yet. Visitors who request an unpublished address get a short notice and links to the pages that do exist.
