Software fact sheets

What each shortlist vendor’s own page said on November 6, 2026, and what that page did not say.

Updated November 6, 2026 · Published by COI Tracker, an editorial resource

Start with how to shortlist if you still need evaluation criteria. The category those products sit in — management software, a system, or a platform — is explained on the COI management software page, which does not rank anyone. Construction buyers can start from the construction workflow before opening a fact sheet. Use pricing questions when a quote arrives. The OnComply sheet is the only page in this set that quotes dollar figures, and only because that homepage published them. Every other price here is unknown.

The eight sheets

What a fact sheet will not do

  • It will not rank these eight against each other or against anyone else.
  • It will not show a logo or copy a vendor’s interface.
  • It will not treat an illustration, a testimonial, or an advertisement as a test we ran.
  • It will not invent a dollar amount. A figure appears only when the vendor’s page showed it on the date we cite.

Names that show up in search and are not profiled here stay on the shortlist’s other-names note. Send a correction to info@coitracker.com.
